Hamid Khosravi Ph.D., the Founder & CEO of Dairy Mastermind was born in 1976. He has been active in research and development, production, management and marketing in food industry , as well as training and consultation for over 19 years.
Now an international lecturer of specialized courses regarding food industry, he received his Ph.D. of engineering technology from Corllins University in 2010.
His specialized skills include:

• Health and Safety Management Systems ISO 22000
• Pollution control of production lines and food supply chains
• Food products troubleshooting
• Processing and technology of food products
• Planning and production control
• Application of hydro-colloids in food products formulation.

He is also a TÜV Nord leading auditor for HACCP and ISO 9001.
